What if it isn’t just about imposter syndrome and lack of confidence?
As women, we experience pivotal changes throughout our working lives. Changing careers, becoming a mother, returning to work after maternity leave, experiencing the challenges and shifting priorities of menopause.
With so much stuff directly impacting our sense of self, is it any wonder we can struggle with courageous conversations and deeper questioning?
The Fawcett Society estimated that one in ten women working through menopause have left a job because of their symptoms, and a further 13% reported that they had considered leaving.
And a Careers After Babies report found that 85% of women leave the full-time workforce within three years of having their first child. A further 19% leave work completely.
At Good Conversations, it’s my mission to facilitate conversations that stop that from happening.
After one hour’s coaching I went from feeling stuck and unsure, to motivated and empowered. Now that’s a good conversation!
Navigating my return to work after babies, I knew I didn’t want to return to a corporate leadership role but I still wanted to use many of the skills I’d gained in those roles. Karen helped me identify where I could make a positive difference using those skills, and further helped me commoditise them into a product – something I was *really* struggling with.
If you want a GREAT conversation that will help you clarify your goals and boost your confidence so you’re inspired and empowered to go out and achieve them, talk to Karen.

I’m struggling to articulate just how amazing it feels to be supported by you!
Thank you for helping me find clarity and encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone. I wouldn’t have had the confidence to make the positive changes I made, without having talked to you first.
You have such an innate belief in people and are a natural cheerleader in a way that is so authentic and powerful that it breaks down entrenched negative self-beliefs. I came away from our conversation knowing what I needed to do, with the confidence to do it and accepting that it may not work out.
